Love curates models and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline SimmonsCooper Partners' work product. She leverages technology systems to support knowledge management, ensuring that the firm's knowledge is organized and accessible.
Love is also a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)

Background
Love earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Ambrose Ali University in Edo State and was subsequently admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. She furthered her education by obtaining a master’s degree in law from the University of Ibadan. Love joined the firm in April 2023.
Beyond her primary role in knowledge management, Love Adeniji plays a pivotal role in our organization. She is instrumental in business risk management, actively participating in the development of policies and procedures related to legal and business matters.
