• Represented a licensed digital switch operator at the Federal, State High Court and the Supreme Court in Nigeria in disputes involving the management of assets worth over 30 million Naira.
• Represented and recorded victory for a foremost indigenous Nigerian Oil Company in employment termination claims worth over $24 Million at the National Industrial Court.
• Provided advisory services to Aggregators, Sellers and Buyers on their rights, liabilities and under a Gas Sale Agreement in line with the National Domestic Gas Supply and Pricing Regulation introduced by the Nigerian Government to regulate the supply of gas to the domestic sectors.
