Elo Adhekpukoli is adept at applying a diverse approach in advising clients to ensure the best outcomes within the applicable regulatory, business and political environment. His skills include negotiation, due diligence, compliance monitoring, case strategy development, legal drafting and legislative/policy drafting.

Elo obtained is law degree in 2010 from the University of Lagos, where he was socially active as a student leader. He obtained his masters degree in 2015 also from the University of Lagos. He has a certificate of proficiency in oil, gas and mining governance issued by the SDSNedu in conjunction with the Columbia Centre on Sustainable Investment, The Natural Resource Governance Institute and the World Bank.

Elo first joined the firm in 2011 and is qualified to practice law in Nigeria. His practice areas include, Policy/Legislative Advisory, Securities & Capital market, Project Finance, Business Restructuring/Corporate Advisory and Energy.
